He is a former Senior Finance Executive with over eighteen years of experience in numerous finance and accounting roles within various fortune 500 companies. Reginald also has extensive experience teaching graduate level accounting and finance courses.
Basil G. Lewis, MBA, CPA, PMP, CICA has over sixteen years of Auditing, Finance, Accounting, Strategic Planning, Internal Controls and Project Management Experience. His career experience includes several years in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Senior Management Consulting roles in private industry with a significant emphasis in the HealthCare sector.
Martin S. Varon, CPA, CVA, CFC, JD has been in private legal practice for over twenty years. His focus is on tax, arbitration and mediation services. He also has several years of experience teaching accounting and finance courses both on the graduate and undergraduate levels. He is a member of the Georgia Bar Association.
